一、 个人简介

葛丹凤,博士,现任福建农林大学未来技术学院海峡联合研究院农林大数据中心副教授。福建省级高层次人才(C类)。中科院中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。主要从事生物大数据相关研究,利用生物大数据解析作物的重要农艺形状的遗传和调控机制。在《The Plant Journal》、《Plant Science》、《Journal of Integrative Agriculture》等杂志发表多篇论文。


二、 研究方向

1. 基于高通量多组学数据挖掘调控黄瓜、生菜等作物重要农艺形状的调控机制。

2. 基于全基因组重测序挖掘调控黄瓜农艺性状的关键基因。

3. 基于转录组学和代谢组织挖掘低温调控茶树代谢物积累的关键基因。
